And so we ended with two headaches and 6 favorite bottles.
It feels silly that after all these years of living 45 minutes away such an amazing and quaint town that this was the first time I’d spent more then an afternoon in Hood River. We rolled in mid-day Friday and checked into the Hood River Hotel in the heart of downtown. After a casual dinner at Double Mountain Brewery we stomped over to a couple cute bars and drank ourselves silly. Unbeknownst to myself, Jeff had planned a wine tour for our Saturday. We visited six wineries, one glass blowing shop and feasted on a delicious meat and cheese spread served to us on transit by our tour guide. Topped the day off with dinner at Celilo with purple lips and a happy and loopy wife.
Good news x2. IT department was able to retrieve these photo’s from my broken puter, and, I’m in New York for work this week.
